The new Supra eKey Organizations List enhancement allows MAR keyholders to quickly identify organizations they cooperate with, directly from the eKEY app. By providing a clear view of where they have access, the Organizations List feature reduces the chance of agents arriving at a property only to find they do not have access. Also, agents no longer need to make frequent calls to organization staff to confirm access permissions. Lastly, the Supra contact center can more quickly assist agents since they have a clear view of the agent’s access permissions.

To use this feature, install the latest version of the Supra eKEY app. Then, from the eKEY home screen, tap on “ >” next to the primary Organization name near the top of the screen. Or, tap More […], then About eKEY app, then Organizations.
