Continuing Education Requirements

Agents are required to complete 30 real estate CE credits in their two year cycle, with a minimum of 15 CE credits in the first year of the cycle. Make sure your transcript is accurate and up-to-date.

Code of Ethics Training

Realtors^® are required to complete 2.5 hours of Code of Ethics (COE) training to continue membership with the association between January 1, 2025 and December 31, 2027 (i.e. Code of Ethics Cycle 8).

Fair Housing Training

To become a member of MAR, every Realtor^® is required to complete a minimum of two hours of Fair Housing and Anti-Bias Training every three years.
