Our commitment to DEI drives us to foster inclusive policies, support diverse voices, and ensure equitable access to housing for all. By promoting fairness and confronting bias, we’re building a future where our communities reflect the richness of diversity and the strength of inclusion. Member-Informed and Member-Led Efforts
Our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion committee is comprised of over 20 MAR members, including leaders of our Affinity Group partners, who provide key insights and guidance on embracing a lens of diversity and inclusion throughout our work. The committee will also offer recommendations for diversity programming, housing policy positions, cultural inclusion opportunities, fair housing advocacy, and other industry topics. This group Realtor® members advocates for inclusive practices and uplifting diversity on behalf of our membership, and the industry at large.
