You already know a good testimonial is gold. Think of user-generated content (UGC) as a living testimonial! For example: would your clients be willing to snap a quick selfie-video saying “We love our new home!” for you to share? Sharing their point of view as the client has the power to show an authentic experience with you!
If you are on Instagram, you know reels are the hot content to post. But how do you make a reel worth watching? Here is a snapshot of some best practices we use when creating reels:
- Leverage hot topics–Mortgage rate impacts? Hot takes on market shifts? Relatable real estate humor? Try it!
- Use the trending sounds, effects and filters options when editing your reel
- Use hashtags – accurate and descriptive
- Use content you already have to practice getting familiar with the platform
- Activate your community! Tag supporters, and engage with comments
