  2. Listings between $250-300K made up 19.5 percent of all showings (19.8 percent last year) while listings over $1M made up 2.5 percent of all showings (2.3 percent last year).
  3. Pending sales were down 23.0 percent overall but listings priced between $750K-1M saw a 4.0 percent increase in the number of accepted offers compared to the year prior.
