Hello and happy new year! We’re glad to see you’re kicking off 2023 with some market info. In addition to our regular weekly report, these weekly and monthly charts go beyond some of the higher-level trends. Here’s what the latest data is telling us:
- The largest year-over-year increase in showings was in the $500-599K bracket where traffic rose 34.4 percent.
- Listings under $200K made up 17.7 percent of all showings while listings between $250-300K made up 19.7 percent of all showings.
- Sales were down 39.7 percent overall for November but listings priced between $500-750K saw a more moderate 23.2 percent decrease in the number of accepted offers compared to the year prior.
