How long have you been in the real estate industry?

10+ years

What made you want to become a Realtor, or get involved in the industry?

Buying our first house helped me to become very motivated and it was inspiring to me learning quickly and see myself how I was negotiating my own deal in the last minute in the closing table. This makes me very proactive to obtain my real estate license to help others and our lovely community.

What is your favorite thing about being a Realtor?

I love to see people being happy, and what better way to help and encourage people to buy their first house, second, buying their commercial businesses, buying their buildings, ranches, farms and etc? Making them understand that their dreams can become true is delightful!

What career highlight are you most proud of?

The surprise of being the first Mexican woman to be nominated as a super Realtor® in the Twin Cities makes me very happy, it was a great surprise, and I am so grateful of this recognition. I thank God, life, my loyal lovely clients, my amazing family and friends for so much love.

Who or what inspires you in your career?

Meeting new people inspired me in my career, because it’s always nice to make new friends, and with new friends come unforgettable memories. and the constantly learning we do in this profession.

What’s something an outsider wouldn’t know about the real estate industry?

The daily challenges this career offers, every transaction is never the same, we are constantly learning and living different situations, we deal a lot with the unexpected, also with emotions and the uniqueness that involves each transaction.

How do you give back to your community?

I have a radio show once a week and the topics are all expect real estate. My concept is uplift my community by example and knowledge. Also I love kids and for that reason I often volunteer in the church babysitting.

What are your hobbies, and how did you get into them?

The constantly learning about this world and our mission as a humans.

Are you more of an extrovert of an introvert?

I am an introvert, but people think I am an extrovert for how I look in public. This is really funny because they got this misconception.

What’s one thing that can instantly make your day better?

Listen to good Music

How do you take your coffee?

I don’t drink coffee, but I love blended drinks decaf please!

What would be the first thing you’d do if you won the lottery?

Pay the taxes of the money earned!

What is your favorite thing to do or place to visit in Minneapolis?

I love art, theater, music, explore new things and old things. I am very diverse and open to do whatever there are not rules to have fun in life as longest is with integrity and good values.
