DESCRIPTION
Are you motivated by helping people find answers, get timely information and solve problems so that they can keep their REALTOR® business running?  Minneapolis Area REALTORS® Member Services Coordinators help REALTORS® and Brokers access the tools and resources they need to achieve their business goals. Coordinators respond to a high volume of calls, work with many systems and tools, and juggle multiple priorities.  Join a team that inspires delight in our members.

This position works as part of a Member Engagement team and reports to the Member Services Manager. We are a values-driven and learning organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Delight customers at every interaction (50%)

  • Support members, visitors and guests by providing professional, accurate and timely response to inquiries in person, via phone and email on a wide range of topics using a many systems and tools
  • Friendly, calm, professional demeanor; De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support.

Process membership applications and changes (50%)

  • Utilize Client Relationship Management system (RAMCO) and National REALTOR® Database System (NRDS).
  • Work with brokerages, and state and local level organizations

Participate as a MAR team member

  • Share ideas about how to improve our service delivery
  • Contribute to a sense of team across the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum

  • A valid MN Drivers license, reliable transportation, and an insured vehicle
  • At least 2 years administrative, customer service or call center work experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems in a fast paced environment
  • Strong customer centric orientation.
  • Organized and detail oriented.
  • Technology skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and Outlook)
    • Prior experience with phone software
    • Prior experience with a CRM

Prefer candidates with experience in:

  • Residential real estate industry
  • Proficient with Zoom Webinar and Meetings

HOURS/LOCATION
This position is full time on-site at MAR’s office building:  5750 Lincoln Drive, Minneapolis, MN 55436. Hours are Monday – Friday 8:00 – 4:30.

TOTAL REWARDS
Compensation is $20.20/hour (annualizes to $42,000) with a Total Rewards package including medical/dental insurance, PTO, sick leave, paid holidays, long term disability, short term disability and 401(k).
