The Weekly Pulse | 6-15-26

Good morning Realtors®! Let’s dive into the latest housing market activity. In addition to our regular weekly report, these weekly and monthly charts go beyond some of the higher-level trends. Here’s what the latest data are telling us:

  1. Last week, showing activity was up 7.3% compared to a year ago.
  2. The largest year-over-year increase in showing activity took place for homes priced $800K-1M, up 69.4%. Showings of homes priced between $300-400K were up 9.4% year-over-year.
  3. Homes priced between $300-400K still make up the largest share of showings (27.4%). Listings over $1M represented 3.7% of all showings.
  4. We saw an uncommon leap in $120-150k sales, BUT it only represents a growth of 5 total sales. Homes in this range are scarce, so small changes in sales can mean large year-on-year shifts.
  5. Mortgage rates averaged at 6.6% across the United States by the end of last week.
