- Last week, showing activity was down 5.0% compared to a year ago.
- The largest year-over-year gain in showing activity took place in the $400-500k price range, up 16.6%. Showings of homes priced between $300-400K were up 1.2%.
- Homes prices between $300-400K range still make up the largest share of showings (25.4%). Listings over $1M represented 2.5% of all showings.
Quick note: In an effort to clearly compare to the recent past, our charts will now compare 2025 to 2024 and an average of the past 5 years. Data trends at the start of the year often look erratic, but our trends will smooth as the year progresses and we collect more data about 2025. Enjoy!
