New Member Orientation
Start your membership out right
To fulfill your new member obligation and become a REALTOR®, you will be scheduled to attend a mandatory New Member Orientation class and complete Code of Ethics training within 90 days of submitting your membership application. Orientation provides:
- An introduction of MAR as a business partner and an understanding of your role in the association
- Information on the many services, benefits, responsibilities, tools and resources that will help you become more successful
New Member Code of Ethics
The cornerstone of association membership is the training and commitment to the REALTOR® Code of Ethics, as required by the National Association of REALTORS®. Discover your ethical duties to clients and customers, the public and REALTORS®, and fulfill REALTOR® Code of Ethics requirement.
Two ways to complete the requirement
- Online (no credit) – Must complete at least 5 days prior to attending Orientation
