Annual Realtor® Membership Dues Renewal
Realtor® membership runs from January – December each year and will be processed upon receipt of an application and full payment. Membership dues for the coming year will be billed on November 1 and are due by December 31. Your membership will be renewed once payment has been received in full.
Timeline
- November 1 – Dues bill available
- December 31 – Payment due to avoid $25 late fee
- January 12 – Payment due to avoid membership termination
Membership dues paid to Minneapolis Area Realtors® includes local, state and national dues. Dues can be paid by cash, check or credit card. Pay online by a credit card or check via mail. Credit cards, cash and checks are accepted in person.
Note of refunds: Refunds for Membership Dues Renewals are available through December 31. Voluntary contributions are non-refundable. There is no refund for late fees.
Realtor® membership dues are not set up on auto-payment. This is an option only for quarterly MLS fees.
