Code of Ethics
Be the best REALTOR® you can be
It’s your job to protect and promote one of America’s oldest core values: home ownership. And with that job, comes a duty to act with integrity and encourage excellence.
REALTORS® are required to complete ethics training every three years
Between January 1, 2019 and December 31, 2021 every REALTOR® is required to complete 2.5 hours of Code of Ethics (COE) training to continue membership with the association. Members that do not complete this requirement by the deadline will not be eligible to maintain their membership. A $100 reactivation fee will be applied to lapsed memberships.

If you’ve completed your required training online, please send your course completion certificate or a copy of your CE transcripts with the course listed to moc.rotlaerslpmnull@eoc.
