Each year, we honor member achievement at The MAR Awards, our annual celebration uplifting those in the industry doing exceptional work! Recipients of these awards have demonstrated the highest level of professional excellence, while providing exemplary service to the real estate community.

Industry Excellence Awards

Nominated by MAR members and chosen by the Awards & Community Engagement committee, these winners are agents, brokers and affiliate members who have given back to the industry through association leadership and community contributions. 

Realtor® of the Year

Recognizes a Realtor® member who has displayed sincere commitment and devotion to the residential real estate industry and greater community.

Affiliate of the Year

Recognizes an Affiliate member who has shown great enthusiasm and leadership in the Association. This person shows dedication and involvement in the organization as well as with the local community and clients.

Good Neighbor

Recognizes and celebrates members who make a positive impact on their community. This award highlights individual contributions within the real estate industry toward improving the livability of our communities, and supports non-profits doing the same. MAR will make a donation behalf of the recipient to the non-profit noted in their nomination.

Broker of the Year

Recognizes a Broker member who demonstrates strong leadership, provides exemplary experience & knowledge to their brokerage, and champions the association.

Rising Star

Recognizes up-and-coming leaders who are successful in their real estate career and have demonstrated enthusiasm, innovation and commitment to raising the bar in real estate.

Production Awards

These production based awards recognize the exceptional business achievements of MAR members across the industry, honoring those who have demonstrated outstanding performance, innovation, and leadership in their work.

Rookie of the Year

Recognizes a Realtor® with fewer than 2 years of experience as a licensee. This person has built a strong business closing the most transactions amongst their rookie peers. Their unique hustle and heart are key to their impressive start in the industry.

Sales Momentum*

Celebrating exceptional growth and unstoppable drive, this award honors the Realtors® who achieved the largest year-over-year increase in number of closed deals. A true testament to dedication and market mastery, these agents have set a new standard of excellence and is on the fast track to even greater success!

Distinguished Brokerage**

This prestigious honor goes to the real estate brokerage offices that have achieved the highest average transactions closed per agent this year. A true reflection of teamwork, expertise, and a commitment to their clients, these brokerages have fostered a high-performing culture, consistently delivering top-tier results.

Luxury Lister

Honoring the agent who has dominated the luxury real estate market with the highest number of $1 million+ home sales this year. This award celebrates skill, market insight, & relationships, solidifying this agent as a leader in the high-end real estate market.

Premier Producer*

Recognizing the agents with the most transactions completed this year, this award celebrates unparalleled drive and commitment to clients on both the buy and sell side. With every deal, these premier Realtors® have set the bar high leveraging industry knowledge, negotiation, and creativity to get results for their many clients.
