On the morning of Wednesday, July 16, 2014,  NAR will launch a Call for Action to commercial practitioners regarding the Senate vote on  S. 2244, the “Terrorism Risk Insurance Program Reauthorization Act of 2014.”  The Senate is expected to act on Thursday so please forgive the short advance notice.  Your members who are primarily residential practitioners will not receive an email for this Call For Action.  As it stands now the House of Representatives is not likely to take action until later this summer.  An all-member Call for Action to coincide with House action may be necessary.  In the meantime if your members ask questions about this Call for Action we wanted you to have the information available before the launch.  If you have any questions or concerns please email our Government Affairs Communications Director John DiBiase jdibiase@realtors.org.
