REALTOR Summit 2017

 This year’s theme is Beyond All Limits: Breaking Through Barriers with speakers Richard Leider, Beth Ziesenis, Jared James. Registration includes the speaker sessions, expo, continental breakfast, lunch, afternoon snacks and continuing education credits* with a happy hour to follow the event.

Registration begins at 8:00 a.m. Sessions run from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Join instructor Richard Leider to learn more about finding your purpose in real estate.

Beth Ziesenis

 10:30 a.m. “A Day in the Life of a Realtor Nerd”

Every electric coop professionals’ conference leaves you with innovative takeaways to put into action as soon as you return to your office… if you have the tools to make them happen. This fast-moving, laugh-filled session takes you hour by hour through a day in the life of a tech-savvy coop professional. You’ll learn how a professional nerd solves a security crisis before 10 a.m., learns to make more of a lunch hour with an extra set of virtual hands, saves money on software before the staff meeting and brings the team together online before the day is done.

This course is approved by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce for 1.5 hours of Real Estate Continuing Education.

1:00 p.m. “29 Tech Tools to Create Cool Content for Social Media”

The most popular posts on social media are pictures and videos, and with a few easy (and free!) tech tools, you can transform your messages into share-worthy graphics that will put your organization out in front. This action-packed session will give you dozens of sites and apps that will help you elevate the quality of your social media posts and other material to better serve your consumers.

This course is approved by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce for 1.5 hours of Real Estate Continuing Education.


Jared James

2:30 p.m. Get Out of Your Own Way

While everyone has differential potential, some people make things more difficult on themselves than they need to be, which doesn’t help their clients. In this course, Jared James is going to break down how to get yourself in the right mental state to successfully run your business. In addition, he will be covering specific strategies of how to use your renewed sense of self and business to create stronger and more effective relationships with buyers and sellers.

This course does not provide Real Estate Continuing Education Credits.
