ABOUT THIS DOCUMENT
The Minneapolis Area Association of REALTORS® (MAAR) stands firmly committed to data privacy. This document will outline any data collection and methods used. This privacy statement covers the domains named www.mplsrealtor.com and ims.mplsrealtor.com. These are the only domains managed by MAAR. This privacy statement does NOT cover other domain names and/or sites.

INFORMATION COLLECTION AND SHARING
MAAR is the sole owner of any information collected on this site. No third-party individuals or companies are allowed to republish this information without the express written consent of MAAR.

We have never sold, and will not sell, share, or lease this information to third parties. MAAR does collect information from our website at different impact points for usage reports and statistics.

LOG FILES
We use IP addresses to analyze user movement in order to determine the best content to add and/or delete. IP addresses are used to determine geographical data and are not linked to personally identifiable information. The only time personal information is collected is within our online surveys and within the Internet Member Service (IMS) when changes or purchases are made online.

OFFSITE LINKS
On some pages within the MAAR site, there are links to other sites. Please be aware that MAAR is not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites. We strongly encourage our users to read the privacy statements of each and every visited website. This privacy statement applies solely to information collected by this website.

MASS EMAIL
MAAR sends a weekly news update called e-notes via email that we feel is important for our members to receive. These emails are sent from our email systems and the email addresses are not published to any third-party sites or companies. There are occasions when other time-sensitive information is sent via email. Our members do have access to other members’ email and contact information on an individual basis.

NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES
If MAAR's privacy policy changes, we will post those changes to our site for immediate review. We are committed to being forthright in detailing the information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances.
