MLS Co-op, a new Minnesota-wide data sharing effort, is designed to better serve members’ clients. It is not an MLS, but a cooperative effort among participating REALTOR® Associations from Minnesota and Western Wisconsin to share all active listings among their members.

The Co-op gives wider exposure across the state for seller clients’ properties. And it makes it easier for agents to provide their buyer clients with information about properties they are interested in regardless of where in the state they want to search.
