1) Print out the appropriate reciprocity form(s): Click on the association name to get the PDF file of the form you need.

2) Fax it to MAAR at 952.933.9021.
3) Allow up to two business days for processing.
4) Do two manual updates.
5) Call KIMVOICE at 888.968.4032 to confirm that your reciprocity request has been processed.
NOTE: Greater Lakes Association of REALTORS® (GLAR). We do not have reciprocity with GLAR. GLAR has the Sentrilock card and box system, which does not work with the Supra DisplayKEY and iBox system that we have. If you need to do a showing in their area, you will need to contact the listing agent to meet you at the house.
Be advised that signing the reciprocity form does not provide unilateral
cooperation and compensation between real estate brokers.
Cooperation and compensation can be obtained by joining the
MLS for that specific market, and/or by contacting individual
brokers to make arrangements.
