Keybox reciprocity has been streamlined by Supra! There is no longer any paperwork needed for three of our reciprocity associations.
REALTOR® Association of Southern Minnesota (RASM) (Mankato)
Southeast Minnesota Association of REALTORS® (SEMNAR) (Rochester)
St. Cloud Area Association of REALTORS® (SCAAR)
New Agents: You will need to perform two manual eSyncs the day after you pick up your key to gain access to these associations.
If you have a question about which associations you have reciprocity with, you can call KIMVOICE at 888.968.4032. The automated line will give you the answer.
Other reciprocity associations:
Agents who wish to have reciprocity with the Duluth Area Association of REALTORS® (DAAR) will need to come into the MAAR office in order to get their key programmed with the reciprocity code for this association. You will also have to "give up" a code from one of the other reciprocity associations in order to have reciprocity with DAAR. Once the code is added, you will need to perform two manual eSyncs in a row to update your key for reciprocity with DAAR.
NOTE: Agents who wish to have reciprocity with the Greater Alexandria Area Association of Realtors (GAAAR) will need to fill out the following form and fax it over to MAAR. | GAAAR FORM
Agents who wish to have reciprocity with the the Greater Lakes Association of REALTORS® (GLAR) will need to call the listing agent for a one-day password or purchase a Sentrilock Key directly from GLAR.
Be advised that signing the reciprocity form does not provide unilateral
cooperation and compensation between real estate brokers.
Cooperation and compensation can be obtained by joining the
MLS for that specific market, and/or by contacting individual
brokers to make arrangements.
