MAAR in partnership with T.E.A.M (Total Employee Assistance Management) offers BALANCE, a REALTOR assistance program.

We all have issues in our daily lives. Many times we handle them on our own. Sometimes problems come along that we don’t know how to handle, become overwhelming and just won’t go away.

When you are faced with a problem, use BALANCE. Early intervention and assistance may help you resolve a problem before it significantly affects your mental or physical health, your family, or you job.

Joining the BALANCE program will provide you with confidential, professional counseling to help you identify, cope, and develop solutions for the problems you or your family may be experiencing. As a MAAR member, the program cost is only $35 per year and includes counseling services for you and your immediate family or domestic partner. It’s nice to know it is there if and when you need it.
