You must be a member of the Minneapolis Area Association of REALTORS® to post a job listing on MAAR's Career Center. There is no cost to members for this service. A member shall not solicit for real estate agents or office sales manager’s position. A member may post for any other position, such as a licensed assistant, nonlicensed assistant, office administrator, receptionist, part-time help or other positions available in the real estate industry.
By submitting the foregoing information for a job posting you are agreeing to the following:
The member shall be responsible for the accuracy, timeliness, completeness and any employment requirements that are placed on the MAAR website.
The member shall present to MAAR only genuine existing employment requirements.
The job posting will remain active for a period of 90 days at which time MAAR will remove the job posting, unless contacted by the member to renew the job postings for another 90-day posting period.
The member must notify MAAR when the job posting is fulfilled if this occurs prior to the 90-day posting period.
MAAR assumes no responsibility or liability for any personnel selected by the member and any selection, retention or hire of any individual or entity is based solely on the member's investigation, verification and determination that such hire is suitable for the member's purposes.
The member agrees to hold MAAR harmless from any claims, damages or losses incurred by the member or any other party as a result of use of the MAAR system.
MAAR reserves the right to edit all employment advertisements but will review any such edited advertisements with the member prior to publication.
No advertisement submitted by the member shall reflect, imply or contribute to any discriminatory actions, practices or improper bias. MAAR reserves the right to edit any advertisement to remove any such offending language or implication.
The member shall take sole responsibility to assure that the content of its advertising is true and accurate and conforms to all applicable laws, standards and regulations and the member represents and warrants to MAAR that it has all necessary authorization for the placement of the entire content of its advertising within the site. MAAR may however decline any advertising or discontinue further publication of any advertising, at any time and for any reason and shall not be liable in any manner as a result of such action, except to refund a prorated portion of any unused prepaid subscription.
In no event shall MAAR be liable for any incidental, special, consequential damages, lost profits, lost or damaged data, any indirect damages, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, even if MAAR has been informed of the possibility thereof.

No licensed real estate agent may post his or her resume to solicit a broker for an agent or manager’s position but may post their resume for a Real Estate Assistant position.
