We now have 358 distinct areas that we are monitoring, including counties, cities and neighborhoods. Expansion of the existing 7-county map to a 13-county map has been slow but will launch in 2013. For now, the drop-down list has everything you should need and even a few townships you've never heard of.

Note about neighborhoods (August 10, 2012): The Corcoran Neighborhood within the Minneapolis - Near North Local Market Update (LMU) and the Jordan Neighborhood within the Minneapolis - Powderhorn Park LMU were erroneously pointing to data from the towns of Jordan and Corcoran, respectively. We apologize for this oversight and have corrected the error as of July 2012. The individual LMUs for the Corcoran Neighborhood and Jordan Neighborhood have been correct all along.
