We keep tabs on the local community calendar over in our "Around the Town" section. On this page, we will feature ongoing community causes that are always looking for additional volunteers and funding. From time to time, we are also made aware of prominent local and national causes that touch on the daily lives of those in the real estate industry. It may be the wide-ranging efforts of Habitat for Humanity or a charitable fund established in the name of one of our colleagues. Until now, we did not have an adequate place for support and promotion of these causes. Now we do.
St. Jude Children's Research Hospital

 St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, founded by the late entertainer Danny Thomas, is the first institution established for the sole purpose of conducting basic and clinical research into catastrophic childhood diseases, mainly cancer. St. Jude is the largest childhood cancer research center in the world in terms of the number of patients enrolled in research protocols and successfully treated. No family has ever been turned away from St Jude's for an inability to pay.
