Provide input for education, budget and special initiatives.

Provide oversight of all financial matters of the Association, subject to final approval by the BOD.
Review RFPs and select recipient charitable organizations that offer housing-related programs and services.
Global Business Council Committee
Explore international real estate through training, sharing and learning about multicultural business practices.
Review keybox technology systems, vendors and contracts for selecting future lockbox utilities and tools.
Multicultural Network of Real Estate Professionals

Interview Board of Director applicants and recommend a slate of nominees for the annual election.
Office Administrator Meetings
Provide networking and information to broker’s office administrators.
Review MAAR employee compensation, benefits and personnel policies and conduct annual CEO performance evaluation.

Monitor local government issues, promote housing opportunities and ensure a productive, efficient real estate business climate.
