RSA Senior Housing Tour
Discovering the Communities and Senior Housing Options
November 10, 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
The senior housing market is a mix of well-respected, older, established communities and urban renewal with state-of-the-art senior housing that is larger and filled with more amenities. The tour will include independent affordable rental, market-rate rental, 55+ co-op and condo developments. In addition, you will visit assisted living, memory care, nursing care and CCRC (Continuing Care Retirement Community) facilities. This sector of real estate is hot and ever evolving, and this tour will better prepare you to meet the needs of this special group of clients.
