NAR Code of Ethics Requirement
Effective January 1, 2005 through December 31, 2008, REALTORS® are required to complete at least 2.5 hours of quadrennial ethics training. According to NAR, failure to complete the required ethics training shall be considered in violation of a membership duty and REALTOR® membership was suspended until the required training is completed. Licenses Expiring June 30, 2008
You must complete 30 hours, including the mandatory one hour of Fair Housing and one hour of Agency before June 30, 2008. At least 15 of these hours must have been completed and reported to your broker before June 30, 2007.

Licenses Expiring June 30, 2009
You must complete 30 hours, including the mandatory one hour of Fair Housing and one hour of Agency before June 30, 2009. At least 15 of these hours must be completed and reported to your broker before June 30, 2008. If preferred, all 30 hours may be taken before June 30, 2008.
