MLS Agent Advisory Committee
Identify and prioritize NorthstarMLS® system improvements & enhancements.
Building and Grounds Committee
Formulate and make recommendations concerning the association facilities and grounds.
Awards Society/Community Engagement
Review the nomination entry forms, select program recipients and formalize a recommendation to the Board of Directors for the MAAR awards and scholarship programs. The Committee is also tasked with organizing at least one community service project.
Provide oversight and guidance on issues relating to diversity and inclusion. The committee will also offer recommendations for diversity programming, housing policy positions and provide information relevant to cultural inclusion, fair housing, and other related issues to the Board as deemed necessary. Business Development and Learning Committee
Provide input for education, budget and special initiatives.
Provide oversight of all financial matters of the Association, subject to final approval by the Board of Directors.
Review RFPs and select recipient charitable organizations that offer housing-related programs and services.
Global Business Council Committee
Your real estate resource in a global market locally and abroad, providing cultural education and events.
Government Affairs Committee
Monitor local government issues, promote housing opportunities and ensure a productive, efficient real estate business climate. Opportunity to serve on the REALTOR® Party sub-committee.
Interview Board of Director applicants and recommend a slate of nominees for the annual election.
Oversee the strategic communications and marketing plan to promote MAAR’s mission and vision to its members and the public.
