THIS CLASS IS INCLUDED IN THE PASS PLUS EDUCATION PASS. This course is designed to provide an avenue for real estate agents to meet multiple requirements in one sitting! The array of topics include ethics and agency law and fair housing. This class meets the NAR membership requirement for ethics (to be completed by 12/31/16) as well as the Minnesota annual license renewal requirement of one hour of Agency and one hour of Fair Housing.

2011-12 Req Module-Res Leasing
THIS CLASS IS INCLUDED IN THE UNLIMITED ED PASS. Effective July 1, 2011 the MN Dept of Commerce has instituted mandatory real estate agent training. For the year 7/1/2011 to 6/30/2012, the mandatory subject is Residential Leasing. The purpose of the course is to ensure that all real estate licensees in the state of Minnesota have a basic understanding of the various components relating to Residential Leasing. Rate: $29.00 early bird. $39.00 1 week prior to class.
