THIS CLASS IS INCLUDED IN THE UNLIMITED ED PASS. Effective July 1, 2011 the MN Dept of Commerce has instituted mandatory real estate agent training. For the year 7/1/2011 to 6/30/2012, the mandatory subject is Residential Leasing. The purpose of the course is to ensure that all real estate licensees in the state of Minnesota have a basic understanding of the various components relating to Residential Leasing.
