THIS CLASS IS INCLUDED IN THE UNLIMITED ED PASS. Effective July 1, 2011 the MN Dept of Commerce has instituted mandatory real estate agent training. For the year 7/1/2011 to 6/30/2012, the mandatory subject is Residential Leasing. The purpose of the course is to ensure that all real estate licensees in the state of Minnesota have a basic understanding of the various components relating to Residential Leasing. This course is included in the Pass Plus Education Pass. This hands-on course will help you take your photos to a new level. See your camera in a new light and better understand how to compose great listing photos. From learning camera functions to lighting techniques and post-production, master the tips and tricks you need to get your listings noticed. You will have the opportunity to take photos and then review your work to learn the how's and why's of listing photography. ATTENDEES SHOULD BRING: their cameras, camera manuals, additional lenses and flash (if separate from camera body), memory cards and card reader, and a laptop to download and review photos.
