Aarica Coleman

Aarica Coleman, Broker with Metro Elite Realty and Senior Project Coordinator at Minneapolis CPED, Housing Policy and Development division, has over 17 years public and private industry experience, including corporate representation, public administration, policy, affordable housing management and development and mortgage financing. She currently serves on the Minneapolis Area REALTORS® Governmental Affairs committee and is chair of NAREB-Twin Cities’ chapter. “I am committed to and passionate about realizing the dream of ownership through education and advocacy; both for REALTORS ® and the communities we serve and represent. Real estate, as vast as it is, is a key economic driver and as REALTORS® we are charged with leading, guiding, and advocating and educating the public and each other.” Outside of real estate, Aarica enjoys sporting events with her two sons.

Paul Ekstrom

Paul Ekstrom’s background in Real Estate started as an individual agent in October 2006 as the market was entering the foreclosure crisis. He started forming a team in 2010 and bought his brokerage in late 2017.

“I feel I would be a strong addition to the Board of Directors with MAAR because of my experience both on the agent side and now as a new broker. I feel education of the agents of MAAR is our greatest opportunity. I want to help our agents become more professional, more knowledgeable and better trained to help their clients.”

His home and office are both in Andover where his wife and daughter work at as well. Paul is one of the founders of HOPE 4 Youth, which provides services for the homeless youth in Anoka County. In his spare time, he enjoys working out, golfing, boating and spending time with his family.

Max Loff

Max Loff is co-founder of the Clients for Life Group at Keller Williams Integrity Lakes. He grew up in real estate and finance, and continues to grow with every client. He believes there should always be a why and his “why” is a sweet little girl named Kaia, a semi-rotten dog named Boden, and the ability to make a difference with each client and industry interaction.

Max has been apart of the YPN, Marketing and Finance committee at MAAR for almost his entire real estate career. Fascinated by the ability to make an impact through the association and his peers, he strives to be actively involved in all facets of MAAR. Naturally, his next step in his growth is being able to join the B.O.D. and continue to make a positive impact and growth on MAAr members and the industry as a whole.

When Max is not working, he enjoys spending time with family, friend, and out on the golf course or lake!
