Upon joining the Minneapolis Area Association of REALTORS® (MAAR), member dues are prorated depending on the month you join. Our annual renewal is billed every November to be applied toward the following calendar year.

REALTOR® membership runs from January-December and will be processed upon receipt of an application and full payment to MAAR. Membership dues paid to MAAR includes local, state and national dues.
Dues can be paid by cash, check or credit card.
No dues shall be refunded to any member whose membership terminates for any reason.
